The village of River Hills was founded in 1930 and is one of the smaller communities in Wisconsin with approximately 1,600 residents. River Hills is located only nine miles from Downtown Milwaukee and is close to excellent shopping and restaurants. Many homes are located on the scenic Milwaukee River which offers residents and visitors alike with sport fishing, canoeing, and kayaking.
