Project Overview:

We took the main living space of this downtown condo from dark and heavy to light and airy with a top to bottom renovation. With views overlooking both the lake and downtown, it’s a perfect blend of both city life and sanctuary. A one of a kind chaise bench designed by Suzan fits perfectly in the bay window, and a custom designed kitchen island suits the clients perfectly.

The primary bath was turned into a dramatic oasis with loads of natural elements, a floating vanity and unique Kohler double sinks.
