Mequon-Thiensville Historical Society – The  Mequon-Thiensville Historical Society provides educational services and resources to the citizens of Mequon and Thiensville in an effort to inspire an appreciation for Mequon’s rich local history.  The Historical Soeciety plans to achieve this goal through the preservation of archives as well as adult and childhood history education programs and events.

Mequon Nature Preserve – The Mequon Nature Preserve is ta guiding example of restoration by returning an urban/suburban area to pre-settlement conditions and establishing an environmental education conservancy and natural habitat that inspires exploration and cultivates stewardship, encouraging visitors to get off the path.

Mequon-Thiensville Chamber of Commerce – The Mequon-Thiensville Chamber of Commerce was founded in 1980 with the “purpose of advancing commercial, industrial, agricultural educational and civic interests of this community and area.”  The organization started with 30 members. The by-laws were adopted and elections took place at the first chamber meeting held on September 23, 1980 at the North Shore Country Club.
