Van Buren City Lofts

A turn of the century factory-turned-condo gets a fresh makeover

Project Overview:

This condo had all the unique features one would hope to have in a cream city brick building. The old ice cream factory now housed condos, with walkable shops nearby.

The key was to bring a modern element to the condo while keeping with the vintage feel. Clean-lined furnishings in neutral colors, with pops of oranges and pinks provided just enough of a contrast to keep things interesting.

The window treatments are a sheer woven linen, with the hardware made out of pipes, which plays right into the overall aesthetic of the rooms.
